At Pinnacle Airlines, our People make the difference.  We have built a culture where People who have a passion for what they do, are able to excel every day.  When we celebrate our success, we do so knowing that whatever we accomplish belongs to the entire group, a tribute to our combined effort.

In 2007, we were awarded flying with Delta.  This stems directly from the dedication to and focus on our vision from all Pinnacle People.  From the Dispatcher ensuring on-time flights in the SOC to the Mechanic dedicated to quality in SBN, from the Flight Attendant serving passengers over Florida to the Pilot taking off in North Dakota, from the Ground Service Agent loading bags in Tulsa to the Receptionist taking care of our internal customers at Headquarters, we are all in this together.

As we win our bigger slice of the sky, we do it as a combined effort of over 4000 fellow Pinnacle People across our system-each one responsible for the performance level which provided us with our success.
